RFP-DCP-89-21 - NON-RESIDENTAIL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OPTIONAL SERVICES

Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services is required to provide non-residential services to victims of domestic violence as defined in Title 18 NYCRR.  Non-Residential Domestic Violence Services are designed to meet the needs of vulnerable victims of domestic violence by developing and maintaining social supports and increasing access to resources.  Non-residential services enable victims to achieve and maintain self- sufficiency while law enforcement, the courts and appropriate community agencies address batterer’s dangerous behaviors.
