RFEOI-DCP-57-23 - OPERATOR FOR THE DUTCHESS COUNTY EMERGENCY HOUSING FACILITY

The County of Dutchess (the "County") is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified
organizations for the operation of the Dutchess County Emergency Housing Facility which the County is to be
available for occupancy in the Fall of 2024. Successful organizations should have experience in managing a
homeless shelter for single adults, preferably a New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance
(OTDA) certified emergency shelter.
OBJECTIVE OF THIS RFEOI:
The intent of this Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) is to allow qualified organizations the
opportunity to present their approach to operate the emergency housing facility. Responders to this RFEOI
will be determined to be qualified or not-qualified to operate the Emergency Housing Facility based upon the
minimum qualification requirements stated within this RFEOI. The County intends to use the response to this
RFEOI to issue a future Request for Proposal, which will require a formal response, to only those responders
determined to be qualified to operate the Emergency Housing Facility.
