The Dutchess County Department of Public Works – Buildings (hereinafter referred to as “County”) is looking to award an “on-call” contract or contracts for as needed Commercial/Industrial HVAC Contractor Construction, Renovation and Repair and all aspects of HVAC construction related work (labor, material, equipment, and tools) on an as needed basis for various Dutchess County facility sites.
