The County of Dutchess requires the services of the successful Contractor (primary, and if
applicable, secondary) to personally serve court related papers, hereinafter “Papers,” for various
departments: Department of Community & Family Services (DCFS), Department of Behavior
and Community Health, Office of Probation and Community Corrections (as payer for Family
Court generated orders of protection), Department of Public Works, Assigned Counsel Program
and County Attorney, within Dutchess County government.
