Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Veterans’ Services (DCVS) announces this Request for Proposals (RFP) for one time funding of $185,000 from the New York State Office of Mental Health through June 30, 2017, to support a pilot program for Veterans, who are experiencing and suffering from a behavioral health, alcohol or substance abuse, TBI, and/or PTSD symptoms. Support includes the provision of both individual and small group peer-to peer best practice interventions provided by a Veteran Peer Support Specialist (VPSS).
