*The walk-through will take place on Wednesday May 10, 2023 starting at 10:00 AM. Vendors must pre-register. A copy of a driver’s license/state ID for all those attending
the walk-through must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Tuesday May 9, 2023 so that a background check can be performed. All participants will pre-register by emailing
the required ID information to DPWcontracts@DutchessNY.gov and the information will be forwarded to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office. ID will also be
required at the time of the walk-through.
