Description

The Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms or teams to provide architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services and to develop construction documents, including an estimate of probable construction costs, for demolition of an existing building and construction of a new Emergency Services Training Center building located at the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response (DER) property at 392 Creek Road, Hyde Park, New York. Construction management services are included within this scope of services. Conceptual design has been completed and is provided as Exhibit A.
