RFP-DCH-2017-07 - Professional Eng Services for Design & Constr Insp of Traffic Signal upgrades

Seeking a qualified engineering firm or team to provide engineering services for design & development of Construction bid documents for traffic signal upgrades for County-owned traffic signals at various locations throughout the County. The intent of this project is to develop plans, specifications and estimates for traffic signal upgrade projects which will be implemented by contracted services procured via public bid. The successful firm or team will develop plans, specifications, estimates, special notes and other related documents (bid documents) so the County may issue Requests for Bids for Traffic Signal upgrades. The intent of this RFP is to enable the County to conduct a qualifications and cost-based selection of interested engineering firms or teams.
