Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design of Bridge D-66 (BIN 3343070) Cr 6 over the swamp River. The intention of this project is the replacement of Bridge D-66 on the same alignment, with minimal approach work. This project is locally funded. This request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualifications and cost based selection of interested engineering firms.
