Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design of bridges S-39 (BIN 3343870) CR 17 over the Willow Brook and S-40 (BIN 3343880), CR 17 (Salt Point Turnpike) over the Wappinger Creek. The intention of this project is the rehabilitation or replacement of bridges S-39 and S-40 on the same alignment, with ninimal approach work. This project is locally funded. This request for proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualifications based selection of interested engineering firms.
