Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design of Bridge D-34 (BIN 3342970), Ridge Road over the MIll River. The intention of this project is the replacement of bridge D-34 on the same alignment, with minimal approach work. This project is loclly funded. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualifications based selection of interested engineering firms.
