Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design of Bridge E-5 (BIN 3343080) CR 9 (Beekman Rd.) over the Sylvan Lake Outlet, Town of East Fishkill. The intention of this project is the replacement of Bridge E-5 on the same alignment, with minimal approach work. This project is locally funded. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualifications based selection of interested engineering firms.
