Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design of Bridge E-8 (BIN 3343110), Phillips Road over the Fishkill Creek, Town of East Fishkill. The project intent is to replace Bridge E-8 on the same alignment, with minimal approach work. This project is locally funded. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualifications and fee based selection of interested engineering firms.
