AWARD AS WELL AS REVIEW BOTH THE BEST VALUE EVALUATION PROCESS AND THE
BEST VALUE AWARD SECTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Dutchess County has a need for qualified agencies to provide a Respite/Social Adult Day Care Program to
EISEP/CSE/Title III-E eligible elderly clients referred by Dutchess County Office for the Aging in
compliance with the standards of the Expanded In-Home Services to the Elderly Program (EISEP), which
are attached to this document as Attachment D. As part of this RFCO, these regulations as well as
adherence to the federal and state laws contained in Standard Assurances (Attachment E) will become
part of any contract for services agreed to by Dutchess County and all Social Adult Day Care Program
providers which receive funding from Dutchess County shall maintain its services and administration
standards in accordance with these regulations
