Description

Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services (hereinafter "DC DCFS”) in
partnership with Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development (hereinafter “DC
DPD”), intends to provide an additional supplement to the NYS Rent Supplement funding to support
higher rent levels and case management with HOME-ARP funds.
CDBG-CV funds will be used to supplement case management expenses and to funds security
deposit for household’s entering the program. However, use of CDBG-CV funds is time sensitive;
therefore, this funding may expire July 12, 2023.
DC DCFS and DC DPD are seeking proposals for a Rental Supplement Program Administrator.
