RFB-DCB-05-18 - Removal & Disposal of Regulated, Non-Hazardous Soils from The DC LEC

This project involves the removal and disposal of regulated, non-hazardous soils that are stockpiled at the Dutchess County Law Enforcement Center Construction Site, Soil Stockpiles have been generated from utility, footing and site construction at the project location at 104-108 Parker Avenue, 150 North Hamilton street and 182 North Hamilton Street within the City of Poughkeepsie, NY. The scope of this work includes removal and disposal of existing stockpiles and future stockpiles that will be generated between March 1, 2018 through August 31, 2018.
