This project involves the replacement of Bridge S-39 (BIN 3343870) CR 17 over Willow Brook, and Bridge S-40 (BIN 3343880) CR 17 over Wappinger Creek, Town of Stanford, DUTCHESS County.

Project Description: This project consists of the Replacement of the existing bridge superstructure and abutments for two bridges. The existing piers for one bridge will also be removed and replaced. Minor approach roadway work and replacement of guiderail in the vicinity of the bridge are also included in this project.
The anticipated start of construction is March 18, 2024; the anticipated substantial completion date is November 29, 2024. Failure to meet these dates will result in liquidated damages.
