The Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services is looking to award an “on-call” contract or contracts for as needed residential general contractor construction, renovation and repair for handicapped accessibility and/or for behaviorally health challenged needs and all aspects of general construction related work, ( on an as needed basis for specified Dutchess County Medicaid -
eligible individuals (hereinafter referred to as consumers) whose Dutchess County homes need
accessibility modifications to accommodate their specific disability-related needs.
