The County of Dutchess has a need for qualified agencies to provide supplemental Personal Care Level I (housekeeping/chore) and supplemental Personal Care Level II (personal care/homemaking) services to EISEP/CSE Title III-E eligible elderly clients referred by Dutchess County Office for the Aging (OFA) in compliance with the standards of the Expanded In-Home Services to the Elderly Program (EISEP). The state regulations for EISEP are attached to this document as Exhibit A
