Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County (herein referred to as the “County”) is requesting Qualified and Experience/Technical Proposals and Pricing Proposals from interested parties to assess the current and varied two-way radio systems in use by Public Safety and Public Service entities in Dutchess County, New York. The Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response (herein referred to DER) is the lead entity for this project. It is the goal of this project to catalog, assess the performance of existing systems based on end user feedback and professional assessment, and make recommendations for system improvements/design for the future. $130,000 has been set aside to support this project.
