RFP-DCP-72-22 - Underwriting Consultant / Broker for Article 5 W.C. Plan & Excess W.C. Policies

Dutchess County Office of Risk Management (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified
Proposers to provide the services of an Underwriter/Consultant-Broker (“UCB”) who can:
1) Advise the County on how to fairly and equitably administer the Article 5 County plan;
2) Prepare all plan budget allocations;
3) Provide underwriting expertise and payroll analysis to assess risk exposure;
4) Provide Safety and Risk Management expertise and training; and to
5) Procure Excess Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Coverage advise and consult
with the County on Workers’ Compensation issues.
