Summary of Specifications:
The Poughkeepsie-Dutchess County Transportation Council (PDCTC) serves as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for Dutchess County, New York. This includes the development of plans and programs that promote the safe and efficient movement of people and goods by all modes. The PDCTC, hosted by the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development, routinely leverages its federal funding to assist local communities with their transportation planning needs. For this project, the PDCTC seeks proposals from qualified firms or teams of firms to complete a Corridor Management Plan (CMP) for a portion of NYS Route 9G and surrounding roads in the northwestern section of Dutchess County.
