Description

The County of Dutchess is seeking professional service proposals from qualified firms (Proposers for
purposes of this RFP) to provide Workers’ Compensation and NYS General Municipal Law 207c
claims administration. The County has a Self-Insured Plan that began in 1980 and currently covers
employees of the County, its Community College, Resource Recovery Agency, as well as four Towns,
one City and three Villages.
