RFP-DPW06-15 - Architectural/Engineering Services to Various O.C. Buildings

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange ("County" or "Owner") is seeking Architectural / Engineering Services for improvements to various buildings owned, operated, maintained and/or leased by the County. At the County's request, a contracted firm ("Architect/Engineer") shall provide a Design Team for each of various projects to perform Project-Specific tasks that will be designated for each Project by the County from those tasks listed in this RFP's Specifications section in either an amendment to a Master Agreement or in a Project-Specific Agreement. Current potential projects include the Renovations to 18 Seward Avenue, Orange County Correctional Facility Med 1 & 2 Recreation Area, Renovations to the Maple Building, and various other County projects as they are initiated. However, the County may elect not to require Architectural/Engineering services from selected firm(s) on any of the previously listed projects and reserves the right to require them for any other project during the term of the Agreement with Architect/Engineer.
