Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a vendor to provide Bio-Degradable Asphalt Solvent to the County of Orange. All Departments of the County of Orange will utilize a resulting award to fulfill their asphalt solvent needs. Pricing listed in this bid shall apply to all points within Orange County (FOB Delivered), adding no extra delivery or handling charge. Departments using this bid include but are not limited to: Department of Public Works, Orange County Airport, Orange County Parks, Orange County Department of Environmental Facilities, and are located in Goshen, New Hampton, Montgomery, Harriman.
