The County of Orange (County) seeks qualified Vendor(s) to provide Biodegradable Asphalt Solvent to the County of Orange. All Departments of the County will utilize a resulting award to fulfill their asphalt solvent needs. Departments using this bid include but are not limited to: Department of Public Works, Department of Environmental Facilities and Services, Orange County Airport, Orange County Parks, and are located in Goshen, New Hampton, Montgomery, and Harriman.
