Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange is seeking to contract for the printing of Optical Scan Ballots to be used in General and Pri-mary Elections as needed by Orange County (“County”). This bid will also establish a price agreement for the purchase of blank ballot paper as well as Absentee/Military/Special Federal and Special Presidential Ballots as well as Affidavit Ballots. Orange County Board of Elections (“B.O.E.”) lends its Image Cast Voting Systems to Villages, School Districts and Fire Districts, it is anticipated that the pricing established in this bid would also be passed on to those jurisdictions as well.
