Description

1. The County is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide building automation system and buildingmanagement system services as more particularly described in the Specifications portion of this RFB.

2. This RFB has three (3) separate lots – Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3. Bidders responding to this RFB are not requiredto bid on all three (3) lots, as contract awards will be made on a per lot basis. Bidders may choose to bid on one (1), two (2), or all three (3) lots; however bidders must bid on all items in each lot that they are bidding on. If a bidder is the lowest responsible and responsive bidder for multiple lots, the County reserves the right to combine those lots into one (1) contract as opposed to having a separate contract for each such lot.
