Description

The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking to enter into a contract with a competent professional(s) (“Offeror” or “Consultant”), with demonstrable experience in County government financial and contract management systems and monitoring of HOME, CDBG and ESG funded projects and programs or similar federally funded projects along with an understanding of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and requirements as they relate to the Community Development Block Program (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program (CDBG-DR), and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
