Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to secure a financial management service (FMS) to assure that Consumer-Directed funds specified in the individual Consumer-Directed Care Plans are managed and distributed as intended. The FMS must act in a fiduciary capacity, file claims accurately on behalf of the individual receiving Consumer-Directed Services, process payroll and provide other required services in a timely manner.
