Description

The County of Orange (County) seeks qualified Vendor to provide for the procurement of a plate carrier / pack that is designed to give all disciplines from law enforcement, fire, first responders, EMS or any first response element responders a quick, light and easy deployable option for responding in any critical type incident. This plate carrier / pack must all be designed to fit front and rear body armor, as well as soft body armor up to large size hard plates (to include buoyancy plates). An easy detachable reconfigurable Medical Bag that is large enough to triage up to 5 patients is optional.
