Summary of Specifications:
The Work to be done under this Contract and in accordance with these Specifications consists of furnishing of plant equipment, superintendence, labor, skill, material and all other items necessary for the Rehabilitation of Sand Filters Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 at the Harriman Treatment Plant, located in Orange County, Harriman, New York. The Contractor shall perform all Work required for such construction in accordance with the Contract Documents and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract, complete and ready for use. The project will be constructed under three (3) separate prime contracts, as follows: a.
