Summary of Specifications:
The County is issuing a Request for Proposals ("RFP") from qualified consulting firms and/or multi-disciplinary consultant teams to perform Disaster Recovery Grant Management and Administration Services in connection with the County's applications for reimbursement from State and Federal agencies, including FEMA, for significant losses and costs incurred by the County as a result of Hurricane Irene that struck the County in August, 2011, Tropical Storm Lee that struck the County in September, 2011, and any other declared disasters that occur during the term of the contract.
