Summary of Specifications:
Orange County is hereby announcing its intent to contract for Transportation Services for Medicaid consumers in the greater Port Jervis, Middletown and Newburgh area. The County of Orange, through the Department of Social Services (here after referred to as the County) is seeking proposals for the provision of medical transportation for Medicaid eligible individuals on a prior approval basis consistent with New York State Department of Health Rules and Regulations (18 NYCRR 505.10 and 92 ADM-21).
