Summary of Specifications:
25 Waterstone Road - construction consists of new building sewers to a 2,500 gallon septic tank and 3,000 gallon pump chamber with electrical and controls. An Advantex filter, phosphorus removal, and gravel drainfields dosed with pressurized distribution piping. 8 Grove Ave – construction consists of a new 2,000 gallon septic tank will pump to an Advantex filter with a second pump chamber with electrical and controls dosing a contained raised bed. A new 1,500 gallon urine diversion holding tank will also be constructed at 8 Grove Ave.
