RFP-VV10-10 - Dental Services

Summary of Specifications:
Provide 104 comprehensive dental service sessions per year. Sessions are to be scheduled twice per week, a minimum of 7.5 hours per week. Hours and days to be determined and agreed upon by Facility. Vendor to extend sessions to accommodate residents’ dental service needs or to accommodate emergency appointments. Comprehensive dental services will include examination – initial and annual, x-rays, cleanings, scaling, fillings, fabrication and repair of dentures, replacement of lost dentures, restorations, oral hygiene instruction, extractions within the limits of general practice, prosthetic repair limited to single unit crowns, root tip and/or molar extractions.
