The Town of Warwick (“Town”) is requesting proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services to complete the Design of the Warwick Public Transit Garage. Draft technical specifications and Division 1 specifications for the project were completed in 2012 as was schematic design for a new prefabricated steel building. The site work design for the garage building is complete including drawings and specifications.
