RFP-LAW01-13 - Develope/Implement Electronic Voucher System for Assigned Counsel

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the creation of an electronic voucher system that will allow the involved parties to perform their respective functions to create, submit, review, modify and approve vouchers electronically, via online access, or similar means of access. The electronic voucher program should also have the ability to build in rules concerning access, allowable fees, assignments, conflicts, duplicate or excessive billing, hours per matter and other criteria as may be established, and to recognize violations of the established rules.
