Description

The County of Orange ("County"), by and through its Department of Social Services (“OCDSS”) seeks qualified vendor(s) to provide document scanners ("Scanners") and repair and support services for such Scanners as described in the Specifications portion of this RFB. OCDSS currently has a fleet of thirty (30) scanners consisting of the following models: Panasonic 7075, Panasonic 7097 and Cannon DR7090 all with integrated 12x18 flatbed scanners. OCDSS requires that the 12x18 flatbed be integrated as an all-in-one unit instead of a separate flatbed due to space and connectivity limitations.
