Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to provide an overview of the services required by the Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation for purchasing, renting and leasing, and servicing of Durable Medical Equipment. Award of this proposal will be based upon the following factors equally: Price, completeness of the proposal, experience with furnishing and repair of durable medical equipment to patients with rehabilitation needs, and the availability of durable medical equipment as indicated in specifications. The successful offeror / bidder will describe the services to be provided, including cost, Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement procedures and experience in performing these services.
