Description

Orange County (the “County”) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide for the collection, handling, transportation, and proper disposal of covered electronic equipment brought by residents and conditionally exempt small quantity generators (such as schools, municipal governments, businesses, etc.) and various County Departments for a fee from 1/1/2023 to the start of contract and for no fee from the start of contract to the following three locations:

Orange County Transfer Station #1 (OCTS #1) located at 21 Training Center Lane, New Hampton NY 10958,
Orange County Transfer Station #2 (OCTS #2) located at 9 Orr Avenue, Newburgh, NY 12550 whose entrance is off Route 17K, and
Orange County Transfer Station #3 (OCTS #3) located at 86 Tow Path Road, Port Jervis, NY 12771.
