Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange County (County) is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) for electric supply to Energy Service Companies (ESCO's and qualified electric suppliers (Supplier) that will provide firm retail supply to the various facilities listed in this RFB and as added or deleted by the County during the term of the contract. All account services under any contract awarded shall be located within Central Hudson Gas & Electric and Orange & Rockland Utilities (O&R) Local Distribution Company (LDC) service territories.
