Description

Orange County, New York (“County”) is soliciting proposals for the development and installation of a first responder text messaging alerting solution. The focus of this project will be for the text messaging solution to interact with our current Central Square (TriTech) Inform Computer Aided Dispatch (“CAD”) System and provide the CAD information, as well as free-text information via text messaging to law enforcement, fire, emergency medical service (“EMS”), and emergency services agencies (collectively, the “First Responder Agencies”).
