Description

The County of Orange on behalf of its HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, is seeking a full-service banquet facility to provide accommodations and on-site catering services for the HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION’S ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER (“Event”).

This year’s Event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 between the hours of 5:30 PM and 9:00 PM (plus set up starting at 3:00 PM and cleanup until 9:30 PM). The HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION expects to have 120 attendees at this year’s Event.

The Event consists of a social hour (cash bar), meal with full table service, ceremony and entertainment with pre-Event registration.
