Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange, through its Public Health Division of the Health Department (“OCHD”), is seeking a full-service banquet facility to provide accommodations and on-site catering services for a HVP ACIP Vaccination CME Event.

The event is tentatively scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. OCHD expects to have 30-80 attendees at this event.

The event consists of a buffet dinner with full table service and guest speakers will need a podium, microphone and power point capability for a presentation.

The successful bidder (“Vendor”) must be able to meet the following specifications.
