Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements to furnish and install new combination body with plow, wing and related attachments or approved equal for the County of Orange. (Bidders are cautioned to list any and all deviations from these specifications in order for their bid to receive full consideration. Bidders shall furnish complete manufactures literature and detailed specifications of the equipment they propose to furnish.) If a bidder fails to supply deviation and/or manufacturer’s literature, bidder shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Manufacturers name and/or model number is strictly for the purpose of indicating the qualities of materials required.
