Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange, through the Department of Social Services ("DSS") is seeking proposals for the operation of the Newburgh Housing Resource Center ("HRC") to be housed within the Neighborhood Resource Center ("NRC"), located at 280 Broadway in the City of Newburgh. The NRC is a joint partnership between the DSS and various agencies offering services in the areas of housing, domestic violence, youth services, advocacy services and violence prevention.
