Description

The County of Orange ("County") seeks a qualified consultant to develop a five (5) year Information Technology (IT) Strategic Plan ("IT Strategic Plan") to guide the County in planning, procuring, implementing and managing current and future technology investments and resources in both the short- and long-term. A main objective of these services is to develop and articulate a vision and roadmap for the effective use of technology to support the work of the County. The County will rely on the IT Strategic Plan as the foundation for our efforts to improve the balance between demand for new and emerging technology and available IT resources, including staff and capital and operating funds, to support the operations of the County more effectively and efficiently. A key component of the Strategic Plan will be analysis and recommendations of staffing analysis and recommendations, including any
revised job descriptions.
