Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange (“County”) Department of Social Services (“DSS”) is seeking provision of Independent Living Services. Independent Living Services are designed specifically for children in foster care (custody of the County of Orange) who have chosen to remain in foster care and transition to independent living between the ages of 15 through 21. This RFP is targeted toward children who have been residing in the care and custody of the Department of Social Services and have identified a permanency plan which specifies their discharge to independent living.
