RFP-PLA01-13 - Land Transaction Services

Summary of Specifications:
Orange County Planning Department (Planning) seeks qualified organizations (“Consultant”) to assist with professional services associated with open space land preservation projects throughout Orange County. A not-toexceed amount of $78,000 is available for the consultant professional services and expenses. Specifically, the consultant will partner with Planning to provide professional services specifically associated with land transitional costs, such as but not limited to property research, deed or title searches, surveys, and related real estate transactional research and fillings on a case by case basis in support of specific land transactions consistent with the Orange County Open Space Plan.
